Welcome to AI Founder. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our omnichannel conversational platform, API integrations, and automation services (collectively, the "Services").
By registering an account, connecting third-party platforms (including WhatsApp via official), or utilizing our AI automation agents, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials and API keys stored on our system. You assume full liability for all messages, call requests, and actions executed through your connected accounts (e.g., WhatsApp Business Platform, Vapi.ai, and CRM integrations).
Our platform must not be used to send unsolicited bulk communications, distribute deceptive or malicious content, or violate the developer terms of service of WhatsApp (Meta), Telegram, or other messaging providers. Any automated behavior leading to account banning is the sole responsibility of the user.
AI Founder is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the AI conversational replies will be completely accurate or free of hallucinations. We are not liable for any service interruptions, message delivery failures, or business disruptions arising from upstream API issues (Meta, OpenAI, Vapi, or CRM providers).
